Recorded live via Zoom on Friday, May 1, 2020, this guided meditation focused on breathing deeply into our hearts. Loosely based on Tonglen, the ancient Buddhist practice of "sending and taking," we breathe in our feelings of pain and sadness with compassion and empathy for others in the world, knowing millions of other people are experiencing the same feelings. On the exhale, we send presence, peace, feelings of surrender, and love to others; to the world.
