This private retreat offers a nurturing space to slow down, reconnect, and deepen self-awareness. Through gentle yoga, guided meditation, self-discovery practices, and time in nature, participants will be invited to step away from daily demands and return to a more grounded, present way of being. The experience is designed to support reflection, restoration, and meaningful connection—with both self and others.
Participants will:
