Private Retreats

A private retreat offers a nurturing space to slow down, reconnect, and deepen self-awareness with those you love. Ideal for groups of friends, families, corporate teams, or any intentional gathering, these experiences are designed to foster both personal reflection and meaningful connection.

Through gentle yoga, guided meditation, self-discovery practices, and bodywork, participants are invited to step away from daily demands and return to a more grounded, present way of being. Each retreat supports restoration, insight, and a deeper connection—with both self and others.

If you’d like to book a private event for a minimum of five guests, please reach out to curate an experience tailored to you and your group.

    7:00 - 8:00 PM - Opening Circle: sharing intentions/expectations for the weekend, connecting with your circle, and an evening meditation

    after 8:00 PM - free time, then sleep

    FRIDAY

    7:00 – 8:15 AM - yoga/stretching + meditation (optional)

    8:15 – 9:00 AM - breakfast

    9:00 AM – 12 :00 PM - free time, hiking, gather and connect; available appointments for three (3) private holistic counseling sessions and three (3) private bodywork sessions

    12 :00 - 1:00 PM - lunch

    1:00 – 3:00 PM - group session #1 - discussing/processing curated topics for the weekend

    3:00 - 6:00 PM - free time, add-ons, hiking, gather and connect; available appointments for three (3) private holistic counseling sessions and three (3) private bodywork sessions

    6:00 – 7:00 PM - dinner 

    after 8:00 PM - free time, then sleep

    SATURDAY

    7:00 – 8:15 AM - yoga/stretching + meditation (optional)

    8:15 – 9:00 AM - breakfast

    9:00 – 11 :00 AM - group session #2 -discussing curated topics for deep processing and self-discovery

    11:00 AM – noon - silent walking, forest bathing, meditation, journaling, and reflection

    12 :00 - 1:00 PM - lunch

    1:00 – 6:00 PM - free time, add-ons, hiking, gather and connect; available appointments for six (6) mini private holistic counseling sessions and six (6) private mini bodywork sessions

    6:00 – 7:00 PM - dinner

    7:00 – 8:00 PM - campfire, Midway Circle: sharing your process, holding space, connecting, Sacred Ceremony (cacao), and an evening meditation. Oracle cards are also available for self-exploration and reflection.

    after 8:00 PM - free time, more campfire, cards, journaling, reflection, then sleep

    SUNDAY

    7:00 – 8:15 AM - yoga/stretching + meditation (optional)

    8:15 – 9:00 AM - breakfast

    9:00 – 11:00 AM - group session #3 - curated topics for the weekend; and Closing Circle: sharing experiences/insights from the weekend, connecting, and gratitude for yourself and your new community.

01. Yin Yoga + Meditation

Slow down and return to yourself. Each retreat weaves together gentle yin yoga and guided meditation to support nervous system regulation, deepen body awareness, and create space for stillness. Through long-held, supported postures and intentional breath, you’re invited to soften, release, and reconnect—meeting yourself exactly where you are.

02. Sacred Ceremony

Step into a space of intention, reverence, and connection. Our ceremonies are thoughtfully curated to support inner exploration and heart opening, beginning with cacao as a grounding and gentle guide. Rooted in presence and care, these experiences invite clarity, emotional release, and deeper connection—to self, to others, and to something greater. (Expanded ceremonial offerings will be introduced as they become available.)

03. Guided Self-Discovery

This is where integration deepens. Through guided self-inquiry practices and private one-on-one sessions, you’ll be supported in exploring patterns, beliefs, and inner landscapes with compassion and clarity. Drawing from a holistic, trauma-aware approach, these sessions are designed to meet you personally—offering insight, grounding, and practical pathways for continued growth beyond the retreat.

04. Bodywork

Through intuitive, hands-on bodywork, you’ll be supported in releasing held tension, regulating the nervous system, and reconnecting with your body’s innate wisdom. Each session is guided with presence and care, creating space for integration, restoration, and a deeper sense of embodiment that supports your healing beyond the retreat.
