Meditation Circles offer a nurturing space for individuals to connect with a supportive community through gentle mindfulness and breathwork practices.
This event is held in-person in Portland, Oregon. No live stream is offered.
The booking confirmation may incorrectly show the event is with the Albany office, but this is just a scheduling system glitch. The March 19 Meditation Circle will take place @ Lajja Yoga in Milwaukie.
